Shipping Information

We ship all orders via UPS.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery at any time.

Delivery times depend on the destination, but most orders arrive within 3–6 business days after shipment.

At checkout, you may choose between two shipping options:

Insured Shipping — This option provides full insurance coverage. In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, the value of the item will be reimbursed through the shipping insurance.

Standard Shipping (Uninsured) — This option does not include insurance coverage. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, any claims for loss or damage must be filed directly with the shipping provider.

Once your package has shipped, delivery is managed by the carrier. However, we are always happy to assist you if any shipping issues arise.

If you need expedited shipping, we will gladly help arrange faster UPS delivery options. Please contact us so we can calculate available shipping methods and costs. Expedited services are typically more expensive, but we will help you choose the most suitable option for your needs.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as packages cannot be rerouted once they have been shipped.
