We understand that choosing the right fit or style without trying it on can be challenging. For that reason, we offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date your order is delivered. In our experience, this allows enough time to try on the item and make a thoughtful decision.
To ensure fairness and maintain the quality standards we stand behind, all returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, or any signs of use, and in their original condition.
Some items are shipped with a protective ribbon seal threaded through the garment. This ribbon serves as a security measure to help prevent wear prior to return.
Items shipped with this ribbon are eligible for return or exchange only if the ribbon remains intact and unaltered. If the ribbon has been removed, cut, or damaged, the item will no longer qualify for return or exchange.
